GPU Repair Darwin

Bench-test, scope ang fault, at magbigay ng written quote na sumasaklaw sa parts, labour, at stress-testing bago magsimula ang anumang chargeable work. Para sa VRAM upgrades at BGA work, inilalahad namin ang scope, success probability, at parts cost honestly — ang ilang cards ay great candidates, ang iba ay hindi.
