Go to fabricmc.net, download and run the installer for your version.

Press Win + R → paste: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods ? place JAR files here.

Open Minecraft launcher ? select Fabric profile ? Play.
Press V to open VoiceChat settings. Allow microphone access in audio settings.
