We collect information required to operate our websites, apps, and customer systems. Depending on the service, this may include:

  • Details provided during enquiries, bookings, and support requests
  • Technical and diagnostics data such as device/browser type, app version, error logs, and service health telemetry

  • Responding to enquiries
  • Scheduling and managing consultations
  • Communicating service updates or changes
  • Running, maintaining, and securing our apps and customer systems
  • Troubleshooting incidents and improving reliability

Apps and customer systems

Where IATRT provides app-based or customer operational systems (including taxi and dispatch systems), we may collect operational and diagnostics information needed to keep those systems functioning safely and reliably. This can include login events, API activity, system errors, and related technical metadata.

Data sharing

Data is handled within IATRT-operated systems and by authorized IATRT personnel for service delivery and support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not provide customer data to outside parties for marketing or advertising.

Data may only be disclosed outside IATRT where required for infrastructure operations, legal compliance, or lawful requests.

Bookings and calendars

Consultation bookings are managed using an internal calendar system. Calendar access is restricted to authorised staff only and is not publicly visible.

Email and communications

Email communications are handled through systems operated and controlled by IATRT Operations Pty Ltd. No third-party marketing platforms are used.

Data retention

Personal information related to enquiries and consultations is retained for up to 12 months unless:

Support chat and related diagnostics records are generally purged after 1 year.

  • Retention is required for legal or compliance purposes, or
  • The information is manually removed earlier upon request

Access and corrections

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Consultations

Free consultation by phone or at our Winnellie workshop. On-site callouts are available as paid services. Consultations are used to discuss the issue, assess scope, and determine the most practical next steps.
