Hosting, email and maintenance for a site we built are one monthly figure, quoted per site. No per-seat or per-feature fees, and the domain, content and code stay yours.

Network support is per site, per month: monitoring $80, monitoring plus phone $150, monitoring, phone and a monthly onsite hour $250. Every tier is watched 24/7 and every incident gets a written report.

Monitoring runs 24/7; phone and onsite time are business hours. Extra onsite time is $150 an hour, and after-hours attendance is charged separately.

Month to month. No long contracts, and everything is documented in your name so you can leave with your systems intact.
