About IATRT
An engineering and repair workshop in Winnellie, run by the person you talk to at the counter. We design and build electronic products, and because we have the gear to do that, we fix almost anything.
The name stands for It’s Always The Right Time. The business is IATRT Operations Pty Ltd, at Unit 4, 143 Coonawarra Road.
In the workshop
The gear that makes the range possible.
Design and fabrication
PCB design and in-house fabrication, CNC machining, laser cutting and 3D printing for enclosures, mounts and fixtures.
Test and diagnostics
Bench equipment for component-level fault-finding, thermal, humidity, salt-spray, vibration and submersion testing for gear that has to survive outside.
The people
A small team. The person who designed the board is the person who diagnoses yours, and the person you talk to on the phone.
How we work
The short version.
Who will I actually deal with?
Kavinda and the workshop team. No account managers, no offshore helpdesk.
Do you subcontract?
Rarely, and never out of sight. Licensed electrical work on mains wiring goes to a licensed electrician; we arrange it and stay on the job.
Who owns what you build for me?
You do. Design files, source code and documentation are handed over in your name. See IP and exit.
What if it can’t be fixed or isn’t worth it?
We tell you. Diagnosis is free, and a straight answer is part of the service.
Do you work with government and regulated sites?
Yes, with the access control, change control, audit logging and documentation those environments expect. See the trust pack.
