A clean, mobile-first booking page on your own domain. Pickup, drop-off, vehicle details, photos, timing, notes. Every booking hits the board instantly and emails the office.

Live dispatch board

Every job in one view: new, assigned, on the way, done. Assign or reassign a driver and vehicle in a tap. Phone-in jobs go straight in so nothing lives on paper.

Automatic SMS

Customers are texted when the booking lands, when a driver is assigned, when they’re on the way and when it’s done. Drivers are texted the moment a job is theirs.

Driver app

Android app for the field: see jobs, accept them, navigate, call the customer, and mark picked-up and dropped-off. The office and the trucks stay on the same page without a phone call.

In-vehicle devices

Tablets, terminals and trackers fitted and powered properly in the vehicle, with the wiring done by our auto electrical side rather than a cable-tied dashboard.

Integration with taxi meters and GPS tracking, and the 4G or radio links that carry the data back. For Alabanos Taxi we run the backend, the in-car devices and the comms to the meter.

Do we own the system?

Yes. Source code, data and design are yours. We host and support it if you want us to; you can take it elsewhere if you don’t.

How long until we’re taking bookings online?

A first version with booking, dispatch and SMS is typically a few weeks from sign-off. The driver app and in-vehicle hardware follow.

Can it work with our taxi meters?

Yes. Meter and tracker integration is something we already run in production for Alabanos Taxi, including the comms link back to the office.

We’re a two-truck towing business. Is this overkill?

The system pays for itself by catching the after-hours and missed-call jobs that currently slip away. Two trucks or twenty, the workflow is the same.

What if we want to add payments or GPS later?

They’re built to be added. You start with what you need and grow the system rather than replacing it.
