Computer Repairs Darwin
Laptops, desktops and Macs fixed at our Winnellie workshop. Free diagnosis, a quote before any work, and a straight answer if it isn’t worth fixing.
We repair down to the circuit board, so a laptop another shop has written off often isn’t dead at all.

Questions
Common questions
How much does computer repair cost in Darwin?
Diagnosis is free. Most workshop repairs start from $150 including labour, with parts quoted on top, and you approve the total before we begin. If the repair is not worth doing compared with replacing the machine, we tell you.
Do I need to book?
No. Walk in Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Booking a time is useful if you want to talk through a business job or need us to come to you.
How long does a repair take?
Simple jobs such as SSD upgrades, virus removal and screen swaps with parts on hand are often same-day or next-day. Board-level repairs and ordered parts take longer, and we tell you which you are looking at before you leave the counter.
My laptop got wet. What should I do?
Turn it off, don’t plug it in, and bring it in. Every attempt to power it on pushes current through a wet board and turns a cheap fix into an expensive one.
Can you recover my files if the computer is dead?
Usually, yes. If the drive survived, the data is still there even when the machine is not. We copy it to a new drive or a new computer for you.
Do you fix Macs?
Yes, within the limits of parts availability: batteries, screens, keyboards, charging circuits and storage on MacBooks and iMacs.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Home and office callouts across Darwin and Palmerston are quoted per job. For most repairs the workshop is faster and cheaper.
