Phone, tablet and desktop access set up securely, without opening your network to the internet.

Alarms and intrusion detection

Door and window contacts, motion sensors that ignore the dog, glass-break and smoke inputs, sirens and strobes, armed and disarmed from a keypad or your phone. Set up so a false alarm at 3am is rare and a real one is loud.

Access control, intercoms and gates

Keypads, fobs and phone-unlock on doors and gates, video intercoms answered from anywhere, electric strikes and maglocks. A log of who came in when, and staff codes removed the day someone leaves.

Remote sites on Starlink or 4G

Cameras, alarms and gate control on a block with no NBN, over Starlink or 4G with power and router sized to stay up. We can watch it from Winnellie if you want.

Cabling and PoE

Structured cabling indoors, outdoors and through the roof, PoE switches with enough power budget, and surge protection on long outdoor runs for storm season.

Cyclone-rated mounting

Weather-rated cameras and mounting hardware chosen for Darwin’s wind, rain and sun, not the southern-states default.

Existing system repair and upgrades

Cameras offline, NVR not booting, no remote view, old analogue systems. We repair what we can, including NVR boards, and upgrade to IP where it makes sense.

    We confirm camera positions, cable runs, power and where the recorder lives. Quoted separately and credited against the install.

  3. Install and hand over

    Cameras, cabling, recorder and remote viewing set up and tested, and you shown how to find and export footage when you need it.

Hardware we install.

Cameras, recorders, alarm kits and intercoms we fit and hold locally through our stock partner PC Mart. Ubiquiti Protect, Hikvision and Reolink are the usual choices; we’ll say which suits the site rather than the one with the longest spec sheet.

Common questions

How many cameras do I need?

Fewer than most packs suggest. A typical house is four to six placed well. We work it out from what you need to see, not from what comes in a box.

Can I watch the cameras on my phone?

Yes, from anywhere, set up securely. We don’t leave recorders exposed to the internet with a default password.

Wired or wireless cameras?

Wired PoE for anything that matters. Wireless cameras drop out, need charging and get interference. We use wireless links only where a cable genuinely can’t go.

My NVR stopped recording. Can you fix it?

Usually. It’s often a failed hard drive or a power supply, both cheap fixes. We also repair the recorder’s board if that’s the fault.

Will the cameras survive a cyclone?

We use weather-rated cameras and mounting hardware that suits Darwin conditions, and surge protection on the cable runs for the storm season.

Can the alarm and the cameras work together?

Yes. A sensor trip can start a recording, push a clip to your phone and turn on a light. A camera can arm a zone when the last person leaves. One system, one app.

Do you monitor it, or do we?

Your choice. Alerts go to your phone by default; for businesses we can watch the link and the recorder from Winnellie and call you when something needs a person. We don’t sell a monthly monitoring contract you don’t need.

Do you do Palmerston and the rural area?

Yes. Darwin, Palmerston, Howard Springs and Humpty Doo are all regular work.
