Business IT Support & Networking Darwin
When the internet drops, email stops or the server dies, you want someone local who answers the phone and can be on site this morning. That’s the job.
Computers, servers, networks and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 and email, backups and security. Break-fix when you need it, or a monthly plan that catches problems before they stop work.
How it works
Call. We triage. We fix it remote or onsite.
Call or email
Tell us what’s broken. The first consultation is free, by phone or at the Winnellie workshop.
Triage
We tell you whether it’s a quick remote fix or a callout, and what it will cost, before we start.
Fixed, and written up
Every job gets a note of what was found and what was done, so the next person, including you, isn’t starting from zero.

Questions
Common questions
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. Break-fix is per job. Plans are month to month and have to earn their keep.
How fast can you get here?
Remote work usually starts within the hour in business hours. Onsite across Darwin and Palmerston is often the same day, depending on what’s already booked.
Can you take over from our current IT company?
Yes. We start by documenting what you have, then fix what’s urgent. Passwords, domains and licences go into your name if they aren’t already.
Do you support Macs and Linux?
Yes. Windows, macOS and Linux, and mixed offices with all three.
We only have five computers. Are we too small?
No. Most of our business customers are between two and thirty people. The $80 monitoring plan exists for exactly that size.
What’s the difference between this and managed IT?
This page is the day-to-day support. Managed IT is the fully-monitored, patched and reported version for businesses that can’t afford downtime.
Where we work
Darwin, Palmerston and the Territory.
Onsite across Darwin, the northern suburbs, Palmerston and the rural area. Remote support reaches Katherine, Alice Springs and anywhere with a connection.
